Probably the most amazing property we’ve ever stayed at. So many thoughts put into the layout of the space available. The home was well equipped and very clean. The beds were so comfortable and so much space for large families. The caretakers made sure we knew how to work everything and that we could call for any issues. The DIRECTV went out and the were on it immediately and got it fixed asap. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Fantastic experience!

Neptune’s Cove was perfect for our large family. The location is wonderful being so close to Rainbow Beach, JC andEast and Final. The house was extremely homely and had absolutely everything we needed. The owner and caretakers were quick to respond and didn’t mind answering all our questions. With it being up on a cliff above the ocean there was a nice breeze that helped keep the no seeums away. Highly recommend Neptune’s Cove. Each morning and afternoon 2 sea turtles would visit and we also saw a nurse shark one evening.

If you are looking for a property that checks all the boxes, then look no further. The property was clean, well stocked, maintained, and the owner and care takers were fantastic. We were looking for a quiet, private, spacious, property where 3 to 4 couples could stretch out and take in all that Eleuthera has to offer. A couple property must were, a pool, access to water, A/C, generator, en suite bathrooms, centrally located, and a view. This property had all of the above and then some. The view is one of the best on the island. The snorkeling out back is world class. The grotto/fire pit with wood provided was just a bonus. We have visited Eleuthera several times and this was the most comfortable property we have stayed in. The pictures do not do this property justice. We struggled to leave the property every day and could not wait to return for a sunset every evening. We can not wait to return to Neptunes Cove. Thank you for sharing this amazing property!

This home is what you would draw up when thinking of the perfect Caribbean home. The views are amazing. Swim and snorkel with the sea turtles right off the back of the house. Every morning began with coffee in the open gazebo overlooking the ocean and ended with the adult beverage of our choice in the same spot. The best beach on the island is Rainbow Beach and it’s only a mile or so down the road. House was super clean and the owners and caretakers are great hosts. If you want your dream Caribbean vacation, start with this home. You won’t regret it!

The location of this property is stunning, and the "on-line" photos make it look really impressive.... However, the property is showing age, and we had some issues with water pressure in some of the showers, lights that didn’t work, a screen door that was not able to be used due to poor maintenance, small things, etc. etc. The day we arrived the pool was dirty-not nearly as pristine as in the photos. On the second day the pool guy came and cleaned the pool. While the kitchen had a good supply of normal things, many were not in good repair (handles loose, etc.) and some things were missing like a cookie sheet, pizza pan, good can opener, and muffin pan. Frying pans, for example, had not been well maintained and needed to be cleaned prior to use. Some utensils in drawers needed to be cleaned prior to use as they were greasy and had food remnants on them. The dishwasher and the clothes washer were both a bit sketchy in operation. The Internet service is very suspect....might work for several minutes then seemed to be disconnected for 5 - 10 minutes. Little annoyances here and there. Another example... While there was a horseshoe pit, there was only one competition horseshoe and one "real" horse shoe so the pit was not really useful. Considering the price we paid for the week, the "little" annoyances seemed more annoying! The sea water was pristine at the property and we were able to swim and snorkel. Sunsets from open Gazebo were awesome to watch. Plenty of outdoor seating around the pool, in the gazebo, by the water, in the veranda, and in the lawn. Guests could space themselves and do their own thing... sunning, reading, napping, etc. etc. The weather for our week was spectacular. Watch out for the "no-see-ums" or you will be itching all week! Take repellent.

It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay (plenty of towels, kitchen was very well stocked, etc.). The location of the house was not too far from town and the views were amazing. Great house, the outdoor space was wonderful. There were 10 adults on our trip, and if we wanted space or privacy it was easy to find at this house. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook, etc.

Unfortunately, the ladder into the water was missing a “cap” and we could not put it all the way in the “down” position. So, getting into & out of the water was tricky (we brought our own paddle boards)
We opted for the boat dock by the tennis courts, or Rainbow beach. Which we had to load our rental cars with our gear, which wasn’t a huge deal, but would have been nice not to have to do! The house had beach chairs, and we took them with us everywhere! Screened porches were great for the evening when no see-ums were out. Had a few issues with A/C, fridge & hot water not working, but the caretakers were quick to respond. Fridge never really got fixed- but A/C & hot water did. TV’s didn’t work in the guest house, but in the main house we were able to watch. Not that you need a TV I’m the Bahamas, but some of our group likes to watch in the am/pm.
We had a chef come in and cook for us one evening and she knew the house/kitchen well, it was wonderful! Master bed was very comfy, Friends were not as happy with gazebo suite bed, or guest house bed.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay, but sorry you didn't get a chance to snorkel at the house. That is the leeward side of the island, and the water there is usually very calm. It would be extremely rare to have more than a day or two in a row when it's too windy to snorkel.
