Two additional cottages add flexibility. Cottage Three (“Pool Cottage”) includes a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a full bath with a walk-in shower.

For day-to-day comfort, the home offers air conditioning, ceiling fans, Starlink internet, a whole-house generator, washer/dryer, and parking. The kitchen is stocked with cooking basics and appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and dishes/utensils. Outdoors, guests have a patio or balcony and a gas grill. Pool heat is available for a $100 per day fee. We have new Starlink Wifi! Plus Sonos Surround Sound, Whole House Generator, A/C throughout, gas grill. The pool can be heated if desired for a fee of $100 per day.

Our property managers and staff will take exceptional care of you include concierge services and and daily housekeeping except for Sundays and holidays. We ask for a 5% gratuity which will go entirely to the staff.

Beautiful home! We had the best time staying at Conch Shell as a group in f adults. Everyone had their own space to stretch out in. The property managers were great and gave us plenty of useful information, even recommending a great chef to come in and prepare dinner one night. The housekeeper is very sweet and did an amazing job. Property is a close walk to some great restaurants and an easy golf cart ride away to the beach. Will definitely be coming back to this property.
