Kings Treat stands on King Street in a large walled garden with a swimming pool, one of the historic houses of Dunmore Town, Harbour Island.
With verandas that are shaded by palm trees, and galleried terraces sheltered from the sun and the street by louvered panels.

The house has featured in many Decorating and Fashion magazines and has been described as "like stepping into a movie set or a novel by Hemingway or Graham Greene" .
