Welcome to The Simple Life! This brand new cottage, just completed in February of 2023, is a two minute walk down a deeded path to spectacular pink-sand Poponi Beach, which is one of the most sought-after beaches on Eleuthera. There is excellent snorkeling right off our beach. Bring your snorkel gear!

A three-minute walk down that beach takes you to La Bougainvillea boutique resort with its excellent beachfront restaurant and bar. Simple Life is located on the prestigious Banks Road, the most desirable location on Eleuthera. A six-minute drive takes you into Governors Harbour, the main town on the island, with stores and restaurants.

The Simple Life Cottage features quartz countertops in this modern kitchen equipped with an apartment size refrigerator, oven/range and microwave. It is fully equipped with a coffee-maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, and cutlery. There is a separate laundry room with a washer/dryer.

The bedroom features a king bed, walk in closet and a full en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. Both bedroom and living room open onto the lovely broad veranda. Glimpses of the ocean are visible from throughout the cottage and veranda.

Amenities include backup water tank, air conditioning throughout, WIFI, washer/dryer, a TV with Netflix, beach umbrella, cooler, and fans in every room.

Please note that we are completing work on the main house next door, so there may be some construction during your stay.
