PRIVATE POOL INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL The backyard has a private entrance and is surrounded by nature (deer frequent the area). All Pocono attractions, including waterparks and ski resorts, are easily accessible by car. Our ..... home provides a relaxing and enjoyable experience. THE SPACE A large open living/entertaining space allows you to entertain, dine, and even relax outside in one space. The space will have a smart TV and many games. The large backyard will include a lounging chair, hammock, barbecue, and a dining table. GUEST ACCESS - Guests have full use of the entire house, including the lower level games room, large back deck with pool (May 26th - Sep 15, 2015), and hot tub (open year round). The gated community includes a house, tennis court, and tennis court along with lakes. Access to these amenities requires that badges be kept in the house (maximum 10 badges required for amenities to work). This is set by the community. A badge is not required for children under six years of age. A FEW OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Security cameras have been installed in order to protect your safety. They are located at your driveway, front door, back of your house, and pool. This is not a party house. To gain access to the community gate, all guests must register. No fireworks allowed! This is a community rule that carries a severe penalty. Anybody driving in the community at a slow pace will be issued speeding tickets. Maximum 12 guests can rent the apartment, but no more than 10 adults. To rent the apartment, you must be at least 25 years old. You will need to fill out several documents when you book this property.
