Annual Great Lakes Surf & Turf Event on Sunday. This tented event combines roast Sturgeon and Mangalitsa hog for a full-on feast. Your all inclusive ticket $65 covers multiple Flagship Specialty Foods & Fish Market's great house-made sides and a serving of local wine, beer or non-alcoholic beverage. But there's more! Meet the chefs and learn about Sturgeon and heritage hog breeds. Enjoy live music from The School of American Music. Drawings for free Edible Michiana subscriptions and Flagship items. Tickets are limited and there are NO TICKET SALES THE DAY OF THE EVENT.
