Spring time on Paris Avenue in the Old Village of Port Royal means soft shell crabs. Each year in late April this is celebrated as the Soft Shell Crab Festival.  This festivalin Port Royal has an arts and crafts fair, a classic car show, and a variety of food vendors BUT the feature is soft shell crabs and there is plenty of delicious soft shell crabs to go around!
