- 3 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom – The first bedroom has a queen bed and 32” TV, the second bedroom has a queen bed and 55” TV. They share a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a king with 65” TV and walk in closet. The master ensuite bathroom has a shower.

-The kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster oven, stove, oven, Keurig, microwave, plates, and utensils.

-Washer & Dryer

-Dock can fit up to 30' boat with 3'-4' draft. Dock also has a tiki and swim platform
