With approximately 200 feet of private beach, a viewing dock, and a dedicated fitness facility, Island Palm Estate combines the comforts of a luxury vacation home with the amenities of a private oceanfront compound.

The property may be rented as a complete estate or through select individual-house rental options. The Apartment is available only as part of an eligible house or whole-estate reservation and cannot be rented separately. Minimum Rental Period: 7 days

Important Sargassum Notice: Sargassum seaweed naturally affects the coastlines of the Florida Keys, including Islamorada. Its presence varies with wind and tidal conditions and may accumulate along the shoreline at different times of the year. Spring and summer can be particularly affected, and sargassum is not cleared from the shoreline during these periods. Although it may affect the beach experience, sargassum is a natural part of the marine ecosystem and provides food and habitat for numerous marine species.

Reservation Deposits & Payment Due Dates: A $2,500 security deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. 50% of the total rental amount is due 120 days before check-in, and the remaining balance is due 90 days before check-in.
