Unique five bedroom, 4 bath pool home on the gulf side, just one block in from the gulf and CLOSE to Vaca Cut!
The downstairs (ground level) of this home features a 12 X 23 in ground pool, huge screened in sitting area and another large, covered area for those that don't want to worship the sun. 45' of deep water dockage with fish cleaning table and covered parking on this level as well. There is also 30 amp power at the dock.
Off the pool area is a large bedroom with it's own bath and small kitchenette. That bedroom has a King size bed. **IT IS ALSO WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE**
The main level boasts the kitchen, living and dining area's...There is also a junior master suite with a king size bed and it's own bath, two bedrooms (one has a queen and the other two twins)and another hall bath. Huge screened patio off the living and dining area. Upstairs is the wonderful master suite...king size bed, large jacuzzi tub, and shower. 46" TV.
