$1,000 refundable damage deposit, $50 booking fee, $375 cleaning
Pool is 14 X 30 depth is 4' to 6' with a tiki hut of 18 X 30 at that spot. Also a waterfall from the spa going into the pool. Hot tub upstairs off master bedroom.......Pool heat is $200/wk add'l if paid in advance, $250 on arrival.
Separate 8' X 8' spillover spa with a 3' depth....privacy fencing for your pleasure. Lots of real nice pool furniture, gas grill, and a 28 X 16 tiki hut for those that don't worship the sun. The pool is in the sun all day.
2 King 1 queen up, 2 queen down, and a pull out couch. Two sets of washer/dryers, one up and one down. Nice fridge downstaiis for all your libations, along with a microwave and toaster oven.
7 TV's, 2 are 75" (one up and one down), 2 are 55" and 3 are 40".
Large, family home for everyone to enjoy. Lots of room, with two living area's. Comfortable home for relaxing, sunbathing, fishing from the dock, or sit in the hot tub off the master bedroom. Come on in and enjoy............over 3200 sq ft.
75' of deep water dockage, with a bait freezer and fish cleaning table for your use. two, two man kayaks for your pleasure. Two car garage for your vehicles and fishing gear. Lots of parking.
