Property Description
A large family home that everyone can enjoy. There is plenty of space, and two living areas. Relax in this comfortable home, enjoy the hot tub, fish from the dock or sunbathe on the dock. Come on in and enjoy............over 3200 sq ft.
The pool is 14 x 30 and the depth is between 4' and 6'. A tiki hut is 18 x 30 in that area. Also, a water fall from the spa into the pool. Hot tub off the master bedroom ....... Privacy fencing, nice furniture for the pool, a gas grill and a tiki hut measuring 28 x 16 inches.
Two king beds, one queen bed upstairs and two queen beds downstairs. There is also a pull out couch. Two washer/dryers - one upstairs and one downstairs. There is a nice fridge for all your drinks, as well as a microwave, toaster and microwave oven.
7 TVs, 2 of which are 75" (one is up and one is down), 2 of which are 55", and 3 of them are 40".
75' of deep water dockage with a bait cooler and fish cleaning table at your disposal. Two-car garage for your vehicles as well as fishing gear. Parking is plentiful.
