The ladies will appreciate the large well stocked gourmet kitchen with open floor plan and coastal chic decorating, while the gentlemen will enjoy the large private dock with cleaning table, bait freezer and short ride to open water- Atlantic or Gulf. Upstairs is the family room, conversational area, kitchen and 3 bedrooms. The master has a king bed and ensuite bath with an enormous shower for two. The Jr. Master has a similar setup with a regular shower. The third bedroom is a guest room with 2 twin beds and bath just outside in the hallway. Downstairs (main level) has a large game room with an additional TV and extra queen bed as well as, 2 more bedrooms with King beds and a Jack/Jaill bath. The pool bath, and laundry are also on the main level.. You can enjoy the huge patio and private pool deck during the day and then enjoy the large balcony for your sunset happy hour. Both of these areas overlook the large dock and big water views. If you still have some energy after sunset, you can enjoy one of the 2 large screen TVs, or a board game (provided) with you group. You will have to decide between paddle boarding or kayaking the waterways or take the short walk down to the public Sombrero beach. This one of a kind house has it all: a great floor plan, cozy coastal décor, and the prefect location. It is close to everything: Publix and Winn Dixie grocery stores, several local restaurants serving up coastal cuisine and all the Keys shopping- not to mention a quick boat ride to the Atlantic or Gulf open water.
The large balcony and patio area offer great water views and the perfect place to watch the sunset. You also have your own private 40 ft wooden dock to park your boat or fish at your leisure. There is a total of 70' ft of usable concrete/wooden dockage.
It is just a short walk to Sombrero Public Beach (1/2 mile) and also close to shopping, restaurants and grocery store. This home provides all the comforts expected, as well as the true Keys experience
For your pleasure, 4 TV's (extra extreme infinity, kids and family, entertainment, hi def, one in each living area, one in the master suite and one bedroom downstairs. 2 paddleboards, 2 single man kayaks, gas grill, bait freezer. Pool heat is $200/wk if paid by the Wednesday prior to arrival. $250/wk after that.

$6000/wk regular weeks of lobster.. $500 cleaning, $50 booking fee, 12.5% taxes, $1000 refundable damage deposit.
