Welcome to Key Colony Dream. This home features a tropical Keys interior which offers a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, extra-large duplex with your own private kidney-shaped salt water pool surrounded by lush topical palm trees.
The primary bedroom suite has a King size bed with attached bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with private French doors leading out to the screened porch, pool and dock. In addition, the living room offers a pull-out couch that will sleep 2. This home has a brand new 37.5’ seawall with a step-down dock for boaters' enjoyment, along with water and a fish cleaning table, bait freezer, and a Weber gas grill.
This home has over 1400 sq feet of living area that is light and cheerful and offers both central heating and air-conditioning to accommodate seasonal weather changes. Enjoy the huge, screened porch overlooking the pool and canal. The porch is a lovely spot for the ultimate of relaxation with over-sized comfy outdoor furnishings to set the tone. For your further enjoyment, the porch offers a 55” flat screen high-definition TV so you can relax in the pool or enjoy a cozy outdoor dinner watching your favorite shows.
Each bedroom has a 32” high-definition TV, as well as a 50” TV in the living room. Comcast cable TV and high-speed WiFi are provided for your enjoyment. Due to this homes’ location, just off of West Ocean Drive, you are within close walking distance to all the outside activities the city of Key Colony Beach offers. This includes the famous Sunset Park, along with tiki bars and restaurants, golf, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, etc., and a walking and bicycle path throughout the city.
