The home looks out over an extra-wide, deep canal, with streetside views toward the Par 3 Golf Course. For guests arriving with vehicles or boating gear, the property includes parking, boat trailer storage, and 37 feet of dockage.

Inside, the primary suite features a king bed and a private en suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and a full hall bathroom serves the rest of the main level. A loft area provides two twin beds, offering an additional sleeping option separate from the bedrooms.

Outdoor and at-home amenities support longer stays and time spent outside. The private pool area includes chaise lounges and is fenced around the pool. Covered seating areas include a screened porch, plus a balcony and patio space, and there is a grill for outdoor cooking.
