The Kraken House is a newly renovated, beautifully decorated half duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a canal. Dockage is right outside your front door! This house is professionally decorated with custom art. The spacious living area with open beam ceilings, tiled floors and open beams will impress you. The kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. The living room features a large flat-screen TV and sliders that provide a view of both the canal and backyard. All furnishings are brand new. This home is a reflection of a passion for Keys living and the water.
There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a bonus sleeping space. The large master bedroom has a premium mattress, a TV on a flat-screen, and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a brand new queen-sized bed. There are also two full-sized bunk beds between the bedrooms for extra sleeping. The bunk beds are built in the hallway wall. They feature storage drawers, dimmable lights, USB charging ports and power outlets. The bunks are equipped with pull curtains to provide privacy.
The living room on the canal side opens onto a patio that has a table, a gas grill and a view of the water. A patio with a nice seating area is located by the water. There is no need to navigate through KCB in order to reach the gulf. The canal opens directly to Vaca cut. There are two nearby ramps that can accommodate most boats. Parking is ample at the home, with room for multiple cars and a boat trailer. You can store your gear in the storage room and use the bait freezer.
