Property Description

Spectacular Gulf front Home!! King bed in the master bedroom, guest bedroom has a King Bed and it's own bath (junior master suite). The third bedroom has a bunk with a full size on the bottom and a twin on the top, also the bottom pulls out (trundle, with another twin). The hall bath has a full tub and shower. The other two bathrooms have a large shower only.

This home is sparkling, bright and lovely! A breath of fresh air........
4 flat screen TV's, the living room is 55', the two larger bedrooms are 40" the bunk bedroom
has a 22" TV...High speed wireless internet, gas grill.

Pool (10 X 32) and hot tub. Cannot isolate the hot tub without the pool heat being paid
Great dock, fish cleaning table, swim ladder and bait freezer.
Please note that tenants have no use of the boat lift.
