The setting is very quiet and relaxing with a direct view of the Gulf. The 50' dock has a swim ladder, a fish cleaning table, and ice for bait. The 12 x 28 pool is 3'-5' deep and overlooks the lagoon. The pool heat can be purchased for $200/wk in advance or $250 upon arrival. Gas grill is included in the package. The three bedroom, two bathroom home is located upstairs. It has a large covered patio. The best place to relax is on the terrace overlooking the lagoon. The master bedroom and one other have sliders that lead out to a lovely deck. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen television and its own bathroom. Each of the two other bedrooms has a queen size bed. The living room features a large flat-screen TV, high-speed wireless internet and sliders that offer a beautiful view of the lagoon. Fully equipped for a relaxing vacation. There is a bonus playroom for children downstair. Rates starting at $2750/wk with all holidays, opening season lobster week and $2900/wk ......$9500 per 4 weeks ....MINIWEEK $3000 Booking fee of $50, $300 cleaning deposit, $500 refundable damage deposits, and 12.5% tax.
