This lovely duplex sleeps 14 people! The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an open concept. Four flat screen TVs, high speed wireless internet (optional), gas grill, and a lovely swimming pool (heating is $200/wk). The pool is 10' x 20' and 4' deep. The dining area upstairs can accommodate 12 people. The dining downstairs seats six at the counter and six at a table. Six people can eat at the dining table in the basement. The master bedroom is equipped with a King-size bed. Guest bedroom #1 has a Queen-size bed. Guest bedroom #2 has two twin beds and a trundle. They share a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is a pull-out for an additional guest. This level can accommodate up to 8 people, including all children. There is 60' deep water dockage, with a step-down dock. The dock has 30 and 50 amp services ($100 fee), water and a table for cleaning fish. Gas grill for the pool. Each unit has its own washer and dryer. Cabana club membership is included with this unit, which is only 1/2 a block away. You can clean your catch under the shade. For cooler afternoons, the sunrise is on the canal-side ..... There is plenty of parking for your vehicles and trailers on both sides. (One trailer per each side, per city ordinance). This is a comfortable home that has been well maintained and decorated. The website shows the downstairs section as MA857 with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It is licensed for 6 people. These units MAY ONLY be separated during the "off-season" months of fall. The license is for 14 people including all children. All holidays are $5,500, while the mini-week and opening of lobster seasons are $6000. ** $475 cleaning fee, $50 booking fee, and 12.5% tax. $1,000 refundable damage deposit.
