Property Description
Adorable home with everything you will need. 42' of dockage, ice machine, bait freezer and fish cleaning table. Fishermans Dream...just moments to the Gulf. Fantastic views of the LAGOON from the patio, and the pool deck. There are many porches and quiet sitting area's, both covered and uncovered. Serene and peaceful views. Lush landscaping, A hot tub compliments the pool area.
28' POOL AND HOT TUB Two 2 man kayaks.
The home is cozy, immaculate and inviting. All new linens, 4 TV's, Blue Ray Player, hi speed wireless internet....... very Keys zzzzzz home. For the little one's.....a baby gate and pac n play are provided.
The main level has the living, kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with a king sized bed, another with a queen and a twin. There is a full bath on this level. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite bath and a king size bed.
Underwater light at the bulkhead for spectacular underwater fish scenery. Please note due to the complexity of this equipment, we cannot be held responsible for any down time.
**PLEASE NOTE** Tennants do NOT have use of the lift**
$2675/wk, all holidays and lobster weeks $3000/wk....from $8,500 per 4 weeks...Feb and March $9500
$200 cleaning, $35 booking fee, 12.5% taxes and $500 refundable damage deposit. Pool heat is additional $200 plus taxes if requested.
