The perfect combination ...This home has water on two sides with one fronting Boot Key Harbor offering fabulous harbor views and the other side has a seawall on a protected canal for great dockage. The canal front offers a 50' concrete step down dock with 20' more feet of seawall running to the harbor, a swim ladder and fish cleaning table. The 7 Mile Bridge is just minutes away for easy access to the Ocean or Gulf. Fuel docks, bait shop and several outdoor restaurants can be found along the way to your fishing grounds.
The home is lovely in every respect, beautifully appointed and equipped. The floor plan flows with the kitchen, dining and sitting areas all along the waterfront for fabulous views through the window wall of sliding glass doors, the harbor views beckon you to step outside to the covered porch or the sunny patio. Just around the corner from the sitting area is the spacious living area, perfect for TV entertainment in the evenings on the large Flat Screen TV or a gathering spot for everyone to relax and catch up on the days activities. The kitchen boasts granite counters and stainless applicances, spacious and well planned so everything is with just steps but still room for many helping hands. The eating bar is a great spot for keeping the cook company but not underfoot or doubling as a buffet for serving.
The master bedroom has a King size bed with a private bath with tiled shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a hall bath just steps away with a double sink vanity and tub/shower combination. The third bedroom is tucked just off the living area and has a queen size bed.
On the porch is another dining area and gas grill, lounges and adirondack chairs front the waterfront. Around the side of the home is the dock with a fish cleaning table (umbrella for shade if needed) and a swim ladder for easy access in and out of the water or your boat. A complimentary kayak is available for your use and the harbor is a great spot to explore.
Located at the south end of Marathon you will have easy access not only to great boating ocean or gulfside but to a wide variety of restaurants all within a mile drive or to the 7 Mile Bridge for a sunrise or sunset walk, where else can you enjoy exercise and the open sea air and look over a railing to see beautiful water and sea life! Bahia Honda State Park is just a 15 minute drive south for great beaches and relaxation.
Two of the bedrooms have TVs with the main TV in the living area. Utility room has a stack washer/dryer and chest bait freezer. Tile floors throughout for easy care. Central AC. The garage is available for guest use for a small car or storage of boating equipment. There is another parking space for a small car in the drive and street parking. Complimentary trailer storage is available at the rental office.

Holidays: Holidays including Memorial Day $2800 per week Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years
Fall: $1750 per week
All rates are plus a $50 booking fee, $275 cleaning, 12.5% sales tax and a refundable $500 deposit.
