A beautiful home located just minutes from the ocean. Beautiful pool 10 x 20 (can be adjusted from 3' to 5") 8 x 15 tiki for shade. 4 flat screen TVs, 2 DVD players. 1 in the Master Bedroom and 1 in the Living Room. 55" TV in L/R and 3 45" smart TVs.

Many extras include high-speed wireless internet, a gas grill, and a tiki hut. The upper screened porch off the living room and master bedroom measures 7.6' x 19.6'. The master has a king bed, 1st Guest bedroom has a queen, 2nd Guest bedroom has twins. The pull-out couch is a queen-sized bed for an additional guest. Shower in master bath. The guest bath has a tub/shower.

Dockage is 50' long. Bait freezer, fish cleaning table and more for your convenience. There is a covered area downstairs that has 10 x 10 storage space for all your fishing equipment (locked). All are available for you to use outside.
