Playa del Awesome!!! Amazing Sunset Views!
Lovely three bedroom, two bath home on the open clear aquamarine waters of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Tile floors, updated kitchen, lots of parking. The views from the master suite and guest bedroom are phenomenal. Screened veranda, covered patio, deep water dockage. water at the dock to clean your catch. 4 TV's, hi speed wireless internet, gas grill.
There is a sandy area for the kids to play in. Fish cleaning table and bait freezer, salt water hook up at the dock for your use. Two, 1 man kayaks are included for your pleasure, as well as one, two man kayak. Pool (heat is optional and add'l) and hot tub for your pleasure. The pool is 10 X 24 and 3.6' deep
King bed in the master suite, offer beautiful views of the gulf and sliding glass doors to the veranda. Queen in the first guest bedroom with Gulf views as well, and two twins in the second guest bedroom. There is also a pull out couch in the living area.
Snorkel, fish and kayak right from your backyard.
$3000/wk with all holidays and lobster weeks at $3590 Pool heat is add'l if paid in advance $200/wk plus taxes or $250 plus taxes on arrival.
Refundable damage deposit $500, $50 booking fee and 12.5% taxes, $200 cleaning fee.
