Condo Unit - Direct Gulffront Views - Wraparound Balconies
Osprey Point, at Gulfpointe II, is a beautiful vacation property with 180-degree views of both the Gulf of Mexico as well as Vaca Cut (an inlet that connects the Gulf of Mexico to the Atlantic Ocean) and a view of the boat/fishing jetty. There are many activities to do in the area, including relaxing on the beach, snorkeling or scuba diving or kayaking or boating. You can also go fishing off-shore or from the dock or swimming in the pool. We have a large heated swimming pool in the shape of an L that was resurfaced by 2017. There is a fishing dock, boat slips, and lush landscaping. In the parking lot, we have a storage area with a few folding chairs, beach chair, floats, and a cooler. The unit also contains fishing rods and towels for the pool.
The condo unit is 1,400 square feet and offers 59 linear feet of parking on the ground floor. The second floor is where the main living area, dining room, kitchen, and half-bathroom are located. The main living space and master bedroom have a wraparound balcony with views of Vaca Cut. the Gulf of Mexico and the dock/fishing pier. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a bathroom. A guest bedroom with two queen beds and an adjoining full bath is located on the third level. The guest bedroom features a window that offers a view of both the boat dock and the Gulf. The layout is open and functional, and makes the most of every inch of space.
The unit has a newly renovated kitchen (new cabinets and quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, as well as new counter-top appliances such as coffee pots, toasters, blenders, etc.). The flatware, dishes and pots are all new. The upstairs is carpeted and the downstairs, bathrooms and kitchen have wood-look flooring. All mattresses and most furnishings are brand new (2018). The living room (55-inch TV), master bedroom and guest bedroom have all been upgraded with new TVs. The ceilings were retextured, and crown molding and large bases have been installed in the entire unit.
