This Villa Townhome can be found in Coral Lagoon Resort & Marina. Coral Lagoon Resort & Marina has a heated in-ground pool with plenty of seating. The resort is close to tourist attractions, charter boats, and shopping. The Tropical Sea Star sits on six acres of lushly landscaped property. This is one of a few properties that is not an attached townhome, but a single-family home. First Floor: Enter the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and elegant granite countertops. The kitchen opens up into the dining area that separates the living space. On this level, there is a 1/2 bath. The French doors open to the large covered back porch with peaceful canal views. There is plenty of space for relaxing in the sun and enjoying the ocean breeze. Second Level: Upstairs, you'll find a soothing color scheme with comfortable bed linens. The master suite features a king-size bed, a private bath, a flat screen TV, and a romantic private balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin-size beds. This level also has a hall bathroom. Rates: $3249 week $3800 holidays $5000 mini-week and the opening of lobster season 3 night minimum. Prorated on a weekly rate Dock #6 two doors down $50 booking fees $225 cleaning 12.5% taxes $500 damage deposit refundable. BOAT LAUNCHING & TRAILER STATION: Boats up 35'. All boats must have insurance. The ramp is open from 8:00am to 4:30pm every day. Trailer storage is available off site for free 1/2 mile away. Boat launch fees are not included in the price of the villa. There are ramps available for free in the town. To use their ramp, $10 in and $10 out. On-site boat trailer storage costs $25/day. If you are ready to check out please call or stop by the Dockmaster’s office at Coral Lagoon to schedule an appointment to use the ramp (305-481-0653). The crew will set up your trailer by the ramp, so that you can hook it up and load the boat. After loading, you can use the hose provided to quickly rinse your brakes and axles and flush out your engines. Please note that we can only guarantee one boat will fit on the dock if you are planning to travel with one.
