Private grounds with a full service marina conveniently located in the heart of Marathon, Middle Keys. Small, quiet resort style property expanding over 6 acres of mature trees and lush landscape sits a beautiful stand alone villa with luxury finishes, an inviting floor plan, comfort and open balconies for you to enjoy your ultimate Keys getaway.
From the moment you walk through the door, you will be immersed in style and upscale comfort. Eat in kitchen with granite countertops and open concept dining area with seating for 6 overlooking the large waterside balcony and the spacious living area. The sofa has a pull out Queen sofa bed.There is a half bath for your conveneince on this level.
Upstairs boats three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Master suite offers a King bed, an open air bacony with seating for 2, en suite full bathroom and smart TV. The two guests bedrooms have smart TV's and are cheerfully decorated., one has a Queen bed and the other has two twins!
Prime waterfront with amazingly quick access to both the open Atlantic and the open Gulf via Vaca Cut! This private, non-attached villa, is one of only a few single-family homes on the resort property.
Coral Lagoon Resort features and outdoor heated pool, plenty of outdoor seating with both sun exposure as well as shaded options. Electric grill on back porch, no open flames permitted!
3 night minimum and a small dog may be approved with an additional pet fee. $200 - fee
