This beachfront pool house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms has a magnificent ocean view! This is one of the few places in the Middle Keys that offers the best of everything for a perfect vacation. The natural sandy beach is right outside your back door. There's also a boat dock, a freshwater pool, whirlpool, and a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. A spacious, well-decorated home with all the amenities you need for a vacation.

Beautifully landscaped yard featuring fruit trees and tropical foliage. The screen porch is the perfect place to relax, dine, or soak in a spa. Are you ready for the pool yet? A freshwater pool is just steps away, with a poolside patio table, sun umbrella and more views of the Creek.

The natural sandy beach slopes gently to the water. This is great for children, and then it becomes swimming depth at the end of pier. The pier isn't just for your boat. It is also a great place for guests to fish! The pier is set low to the water, with no steps. It also has charming dusk-to-dawn pathway lights that are perfect for night fishing. Sister's Creek, a beautiful waterway, is accessible by two complimentary kayaks. Sombrero Beach, a City Park on Ocean, is just a block away.

This home is in top condition, with tile floors throughout and a recently remodeled bathroom and kitchen. It also has 2 central air conditioning systems. Fully equipped with linens and towels, a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, and a 32" flat screen TV in each! DVD player. Comcast internet and cable service for two TVs in the main living area, the master bedroom and the main living area. The TVs located in the 3 other bedrooms, the guest bed in the middle, the second master room, and the bunkroom are only streaming Netflix, Amazon, and any other subscriptions you may have, including music. Gas grill, bait freezer and washer/dryer.

The pool can be heated during the winter at a cost of $200.00 per weekly. Please let your agent or concierge know if you want the pool heated prior to your arrival.

Bedding: Two master bedrooms with king-size beds and private bathrooms, one guest bedroom with a king bed and the hall bathroom steps away. The fourth bedroom has a full-size bed with twin bunk beds above. This is a sleeping area, with a TV and a small closet. It is a great place for children to retreat. Pull out couch for the living room.

Please note that we usually book on a Sunday to Saturday basis and do not break an extra week up for days less than the following full week.

Summer: $4200.00 per week

Holidays $4400.00 and Sports and Lobster Weeks $460.00

Fall Discount $3500.00

All rates include a $50 booking charge, 12.5% sales tax, a $500 refundable reservation/security deposit and $250 cleaning fee
