The pool is located on the second level! The ground floor has a separate hot tub. Two families can easily live in separate quarters.
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. The second bedroom is a loft with two full beds.
The downstairs has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a small kitchenette. There are no interior stairs connecting the upstairs to the downstairs. High Speed Internet Heated pool, washer/dryer, gas grill. Bait freezer and a second full size fridge in the small dining room downstairs.
Dockage for small boat up to 20' The floating dock is on the left, looking out at the ocean.
