A great spot for fun fishing, small boat dockage in good weather or to just jump in and snorkel (there is a convenient ladder to use) or just stretch-out on the deck and enjoy the sun and the sound of water moving under the dock.

The home is delightful and spacious, two levels with the main living areas and two bedrooms on the top floor and two bedrooms on the first level with a great room for relaxation. On the first floor you can enjoy TV entertainment or movies together after hours with three roomy couches. Step out the back sliding glass doors to a covered porch with seating and views of the pool and waterfront beyond and stairs to the back yard.
