The best of both ...Beautiful views of the open gulf yet protected dockage for the boater or fisherman can be had from this one location. Relax on the expansive porch or poolside and enjoy the ever-changing views from the flats to the open gulf and, at the end of the day, the sunset colors. If the breeze picks up the views are equally nice from the living, dining and kitchen areas!
The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths include a master suite with a private bath that will make you feel like you are at a spa. The hall bath serves the other two bedrooms and common areas. The spacious and well equipped kitchen can handle multiple cooks and dining can be enjoyed inside or on the porch.
Not a fisherman but love to snorkel or kayak? This home offers two double kayaks for your use. The flats across the channel and natural shoreline that winds along the Gulf are ideal to explore and have fun ... all in your back yard! Or simply relax in the 12' x 28' pool and look at the beautiful water!
No smoking inside. Garage areas are not available for guest use. Boat lift is not available for guest use.
