About This Rental
Gulfside Charm.
This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home is the perfect blend of ease and comfortable living style.
Ground level with a floor plan that flows from the roomy kitchen, dining and living areas to the 3 bedrooms on the waterside. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need just steps away for easy meal preperation. A small beakfast bar is the perfect spot for a light bite or serving bar for the dining area. The dining table has seating for all and in addition there is a high top table in the room that is perfect for playing games or puzzels without having to clear the dining table for supper! The living area is just around the corner with plenty of seating and a large flat panal TV, great for watching the games or movies (Bluray DVD player).
The master bedroom has a King size bed with private bath and tiled shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and French Doors leading out to the back yard. The 3rd. bedroom also has a Queen bed and the hall bath is just steps away from each and has a tub/shower combination. All the bedrooms have their own TVs.
The back yard features a new dock running the length of both lots, the lift is not available for guest use but there is plenty of dock beyond the lift for your boat, 120' of dock overall, with a fish cleaning table and a covered dockside patio (13' x 16'), a great spot for outdoor dining. Almost immediate Gulf access for boating and Vaca Cut is just 10 minutes away for Oceanside boating access.
The home features tiled floors throughout, central A/C, fully equipped kitchen with Stainless appliances, range with microwave oven above, refrigerator, dishwasher and countertop toaster oven. Granite counters wrap around for multiple prep areas and the bar counter is a great spot to keep the cook company without being under foot. Highspeed internet wireless service. The washer/dryer and bait freezer can be found in the utility room off the carport and the gas grill is located in the front yard courtyard.
