Property Description

Monaco Sands is a paradise for families that enjoys the sun. This recently renovated home is directly on the dunes and overlooks the pool and beach. You don't have to wait in line for an elevator. Simply walk out your back door to access the private beach and the pool area. The heated beachfront pool is open from January 15 to April 15. Our guests are provided with daily beach chairs from March to October.
Monaco Sands is located less than one mile from Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall. It has award-winning restaurants, beachside bars and golf, as well as family fun centers and many other amenities. Monaco Sands is surrounded with nature. There's a beach to the south and a lake to the north. Grill your seafood or steaks on the BBQ grills that are located along the beach. All you need to revive your senses is here.
Layout:
Bedroom 1 - King bed with bathroom overlooking pool and Gulf Of Mexico Bedroom 2 - Two full-size beds.
The living, dining and kitchen areas offer views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is also a sleeper sofa that can be used to sleep two. The hallway connecting the two bedrooms contains a second full bathroom.
Parking is right next to the front door, making it easy to get to the unit. The back door opens directly to the pool and leads to the stairs that lead to the beach. Laundry facilities are available on-site.
Spa quality amenities include high-thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels and a starter set soaps, shampoos, and lotions. If guests require more, they are responsible for purchasing them.
Check-in is at 4 PM Central, and Check-out is at 10 AM Central.
Four beach chairs are included with the home. The beach vendor will set up a luxury beach chair setup with two chairs and an umbrella daily, weather permitting, from March through October.

This property is located in Huntington By The Sea's gated community/resort. It is subject to the HOA rules. The property is not permitted to have pets or other animals.
