A balcony on this level includes stairs leading down to the beach and to the first-floor private entry. The third floor includes a king primary bedroom with balcony and private bathroom, plus a bedroom with two full beds and its own bathroom.

Smart streaming TVs are available in each bedroom and living room (bring your streaming passwords). Uncovered parking is provided for up to two standard vehicles; XL vehicles, trailers, buses, and overflow parking are not allowed on site. The property is smoke-free, only guests over 25 may book, and party or college groups are not permitted. A starter supply of paper products, toiletries, linens, and towels is provided.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.
