Welcome To Venetian Boardwalk,
Venetian Boardwalk is a fully furnished, custom home with four bedrooms and four full bathrooms in Villa Lago. Villa Lago is one of the themed communities inside the private resort of Sandestin. Sandestin is the area’s premier resort, featuring golf, beach access, Baytowne Wharf, a marina, and many restaurants. Take the low-speed vehicle to the beach, shopping, or award-winning restaurants in Sandestin's resort area. The Villa Lago swimming pool is just a few feet from the house.
Venetian Boardwalk sits on a canal along one of the most tranquil streets in Villa Lago. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, white quartz counters, and bar seating at the island. Upstairs, you'll find a bunk room, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a second primary suite. The master bath features a large jacuzzi tub, a stone walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. Each bedroom has a bathroom attached.
Baytowne Wharf is the entertainment area of Sandestin and features restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and fun for the whole family. Baytowne Marina offers views of yachts, water sports rentals, and a Marina bar. The public golf course of Baytowne Golf Club is also nearby. Search “Baytowne Wharf” to view the complete list of things to do. Of course, no visit here is complete without visiting our world-famous beach. You can take the path through Sandestin to the beach access. We will send you details with a link to Sandestin’s website containing property maps and information upon booking with us.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

The paved driveway can accommodate a maximum of three vehicles. No additional vehicles are permitted at the property. No RVs, trailers, buses, or oversized vehicles are allowed. This is strictly enforced.
The neighborhood of Sandestin is a private resort with a 24/7 gate guard, beach access, shopping, restaurants, and more.
Spa Quality amenities are provided with high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, paper towels, shampoo, trash bags, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to purchase more items as needed.
AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying is not allowed. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
