Bay to Breakers now has two Pools!
Sea Turtle #11 East and #12 West are located Gulf front just steps from the beach.
These beautifully decorated units offer 4 bedrooms, a loft bed/activity area,
and 4 bathrooms in each unit. There are 2 king master suites Gulf facing, a queen
bedroom also Gulf facing, 2 sets of twin bunks and a twin bed in the loft area sleeping a
total of 11 (everyone sleeps in a bed, no pull outs). Flat screen TV’s in all bedrooms,
including the loft.
Phone, cable and internet included. A fully equipped kitchen, charcoal grill, a large
deck with furniture that includes an outdoor dining table where Gulf views are superb.
Two community pools round out the amenities for these lovely units.
The Sea Turtles are a wonderful place for family and friends to reconnect and relax.
Another bonus is that these two duplex units are connected by a large, shared deck
which is great for large family gatherings using both sides.
From May 26 thru August 10, 2024 we will provide a canopy on the beach for
each unit.
NO SMOKING, VAPING, PETS
This unit rents on a Sunday to Sunday basis during the summer.

We are providing a beach canopy from May 18 to August 18, 2024.

WE RENT A YEAR TO THE DATE. IF YOU MAKE A RESERVATION BEFORE THE CURRENT GUEST REFUSES RENTAL FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AND REFUND YOUR MONEY.

"We loved Sea turtle west! The house was beautifully decorated and the kitchen fully stocked. It was very clean on arrival. Being able to walk out our back deck right onto the beach was amazing. The kids could run back and forth from the beach to get something. Location was priceless and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. The upstairs master was huge and master bath was beautifully decorated. We loved everything about this house. We have rented many beach houses and condos, and this ranks up in the top few we have stayed at.

"I love this house so much! Hopefully we can stay even longer in 2021. The people at Fort Morgan Properties are awesome and so are the owners of this house. If we needed something repaired or had questions they were right there to take care of us. Everyone in the community is so nice. I would love to live here year round.
