The Paddock is a brand new 4 bedroom 3 bath 2nd tier house on Ponce de Leon that has great Gulf views. This super cute home will accommodate up to 14 people comfortably with 2 King size beds, 2 Queen size beds and a bedroom that has two sets of bunk beds with a twin on top and a queen on the bottom. There are open decks to enjoy the view, catch some rays or chat with friends and family. This home has a PRIVATE pool and hot tub (that can be heated WITH AN ADDITIONAL FEE--HOT TUB ONLY) .
THIS HOUSE RENTS ON A WEEKLY BASIS DURING THE SUMMER AND SPRING BREAK
WE RENT A YEAR TO THE DATE. IF YOU MAKE A RESERVATION BEFORE THE CURRENT GUEST REFUSES RENTAL FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AND REFUND YOUR MONEY.

"This house met every expectation and then some. The booking and check in was seamless. Serenity, privacy, steps to the sand, luxury, comfort with no detail omitted, I highly recommend. Location is almost the the end of Fort Morgan - take the ferry to avoid traffic if it’s open. We will be back!
