Both bedrooms and 1 full bath are upstairs with kitchen, main living area and a full bath downstairs. Pets under 40 pounds are welcome with an additional non refundable fee. Must see to appreciate the beauty of this little gem! No smoking or vaping in unit.

"We absolutely loved this property!! Newly renovated, very comfortable with great outdoor furniture. We spend most of our time on the porch, so comfortable and enough outdoor furniture is vital in a beach rental!! This is a small complex so not a lot of people crowning you. Great location, we loved being just 2 miles from the point of Fort Morgan. This townhouse has almost everything you need, including a air fryer, and both a regular coffee pot and Keurig. The only thing missing was a blender. We would definitely stay here again!
