The Grand Oaks floor plan features single level living with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, elevator access, a covered entry, custom kitchen and bath cabinetry, an open floor plan with cozy gas log fireplace, and large 19ft wide covered concrete decks with beautiful mountain views. This bottom floor condo sleeps up to 6 people with a king in the master bedroom and queens in the other two bedrooms. Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom with the master bathroom offering a large soaking tub, shower stall and double sinks.
** Please Remember: No Smoking and No Pets (Owners exempt). Single elevator - unit will be stair access only in the event of power outages or equipment malfunctions.**4-Wheel Drive Required in Winter Months.
Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University. If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Some other things people enjoy are shopping, antiquing, skiing, golfing and miniature golfing, ziplining, go-carts, and gem mining.

Grand Oaks RC1 is an outstanding property: great location and view, beautifully decorated and well-equipped. Having the elevator to move luggage and supplies was a true bonus. The Foscoe Rentals website and staff were most helpful in selecting this property and having questions answered. We want to return to this property.

Loved the property and the facilities, I would love to come back when the outdoor pool is open, it is in a beautiful setting. Our place was great, had everything we needed and was very comfortable! One very minor thing I didn’t like, is that you have to run the dishwasher and put everything back before checking out, every other rental I have been to, asks that you load an run the dishwasher before leaving....like I said, minor. I would recommend d this place and resort for sure.
