Enjoy the view of mountains from your two bedroom, two bathroom condo. The Chalakee lodge C412 is located in the new phase of Echota. The deck or the large picture windows in the open living and kitchen areas allow you to enjoy the view. The condo is beautifully decorated to complement the custom made kitchen with its granite countertops and hardwood floors. Stainless steel appliances and cabinetry are also included. The condo is fully equipped for cooking indoors or outdoors using a built-in grill with a hood. The living room features a gas fireplace with hardwood flooring, comfortable furnishings, and a flat screen TV. It also has a cultured-stone fireplace. The resort is located at Foscoe which is centrally situated between Boone, Banner Elk, and Blowing Rock. The Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railway and other High Country attractions are just minutes away. Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns and Appalachian State University can also be found nearby. Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Sugar Mountain Ski Resort offer winter sports. Beech Mountain Ski Resort, Appalachian Ski Resort, and other options are available. Enjoy the mountains and fresh air. You can also be adventurous and go hiking, biking, fishing, or shopping. Resorts' Amenities: These gated resorts have indoor and outdoor (seasonal), heated swimming pools. There are also two private clubhouses with fitness rooms. There is also a catch-and-release fishing area, hiking trails and a 23 acre park along the riverfront. Please be reminded that smoking is not allowed inside or outside of the condo building, including front and rear decks as well as sidewalks and parking areas.
