This is an awesome 5 bedroom 2 level lakefront house with a nice lakefront grass yard and a dock to swim from. This house offers two levels, 2 kitchens, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a nice lakeview screened in porch adjoined by a large open air lakeview deck with a gas grill. The main entry upper level offers the king bedded lakeview master suite with private bath, the second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a double over double bunk bed. A fully stocked lakeview kitchen, dining room and livingroom are also located on this level adjoined by the screened in porch and huge deck. The lower level offers another lakeview kitchen, livingroom, and two more bedrooms both appointed with queen beds providing sleeping for 12 people in beds. There is plenty of space for a couple air mattresses and several couches for the kids as well. The lower level also offers another lakeview patio which is covered and shaded all day. The dock offers a nice swim platform and you are welcome to tie up your boat on the side of the dock as the owner’s boat utilizes the boat slip. Located in the Four Seasons, Horseshoe Bend area in a large protected cove at the 2 Mile Marker of Lake of The Ozarks makes this the perfect location to enjoy all the lake has to offer. Just a couple miles from Bagnell Dam Boulevard puts you right in the middle of all the action of the Bagnell Dam Strip area, Baxter’s and JB Hooks Restaurants plus both Four Seasons golf courses and many more lake area attractions.
