This quaint three bedroom lakefront house has all the amenities for a great family vacation or a fishing trip!  You will walk into an open concept living area with a warm living space with a sectional couch, kitchen and dining area with seating for 4, all with a gorgeous lake view.  Down the hall you'll find three bedrooms and a bathroom.  Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a twin daybed with a trundle bed, and the third bedroom has twin bunk beds.  But who wants to be inside when you can be outside enjoying the lake?  You'll have plenty of room to spread out and relax on one of the two lakefront decks and you can even watch the kids in the water from the porch swing on the bottom deck.  Bring the makings for smores....there is a portable fire pit in the lakeside backyard.  The yard has a gentle slope down to the private dock where you will find a slip (12'x24') for your boat and a water mat.  This house is located near Captain Ron’s, Franky and Louie’s, Bridal Cave, Ha Ha Tonka State Park and several area marinas.  As you can see, this property is perfect for your next lake vacation or fishing trip, so come experience all Lake of the Ozarks has to offer.
