Property Description

This house has it all and is in an ideal location!  Close to the Bagnell Dam Strip and a short distance to the community beach.  It has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 14 people in beds.  The main level has a bedroom with a king bed and an adjoining bathroom and the lower level has a queen bed and an adjoining full bathroom.  The lower level also has a quaint sitting area with a pullout couch, kitchenette with table and 4 chairs, and opens to a patio furnished with additional seating and a grill.  The upper level has 4 double beds and a full bathroom, perfect for the kids.  The main level boasts a living room with vaulted ceilings, a pullout couch, dining table for 6, a fully stocked kitchen with additional bar seating for 5, and another full bathroom.  You'll also find a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer and two lakeview decks on the main level.  This house can be rented with the neighboring houses, Cedar, Pine, Hickory and Beachside.  This is an ideal setup for a large group!   Guests have access to Ozark Yacht Club's private seasonal heated pool, private beach and pavilion, sand volleyball court, bonfire pit, and the Crooked Mile hiking trail. Lodging guests also receive ten percent off all boat rentals.
