585 Knotty Pine is a gorgeous mountain home. This perfect vacation home is designed to entertain friends and family. This property is located in Lower Ponderous Subdivision. The front door opens to a tiled entrance and large windows with a view of the back yard. The open floor plan features a great room with cathedral ceilings. There are also large dual paned picture windows, wood planks ceilings, and a stone surround gas fireplace. Above the entryway is a loft that has a sofa and pool table for relaxing after a day at the beach or skiing. You will find 3 bedrooms downstairs, a Den area with a Tv sofa, chairs, Fireplace, and Air Hockey. This area gives you access to the large landscaped backyard, which has a Fire Pit, Hot Tub and plenty of grass.
Please inquire about Incline's access to private beaches. Public beaches such as Sand Harbor, 3 miles away, and Kings Beach, 4 miles away, are open to the general public.

This house did not disappoint! This was a last minute trip for us and the communication with the property management was very helpful with quick responses. The house was perfectly landscaped and had every amenity we could have needed. My kids and their friends loved the space downstairs and my husband and I felt like we had a whole upstairs to ourselves. The ambient heating was much appreciated, who doesn’t love heated tile floors. Thank you for sharing this lovely home.
