Shipyard has spectacular amenities with 27 hole golf course, with restaurant and bar at the clubhouse, Van Der Meer world class tennis facilities, Sonesta Hotel with restaurants and bar on site and miles of shaded bike paths too. Shipyard has free beach parking at the Shipyard Beach house if you want to go unload all the beach chairs and umbrellas. Did not bring any? You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the lifeguards in front of the Shipyard Beach House.
