Island Sands is a hidden gem located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This small 27-unit condominium offers a peaceful retreat with an uncrowded beach. Listen to the waves roll in and feel the powder white sand under your feet as you walk down to the beach, just steps from your back door. The community swimming pool provides a relaxing place to sunbath and take a dip. Close to all local attractions, entertainment, and restaurants... Island Sands is the perfect beach location. This 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom unit includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar with seating for six, a main living area with a sleeper sofa for extra guests, and a private balcony with gulf views. A master bedroom with a king size bed, smart TV, and half bathroom. A full bathroom with tub/shower combination in the hallway.
