Set atop a 30-foot dune overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the Kiva Beach Club is home to one of the most breathtaking views anywhere on the Gulf Coast. The unique sugar white sands make Kiva Beach Club the perfect location for much needed fun! With 3,000 feet of private shoreline, the Kiva Beach Club features its own restaurant with a crafted menu created by a world-class chef, live music (check calendar on Kiva Dunes website for details), and exceptional service. The Kiva Beach Club has everything you will need from an outdoor dining room to eat lunch while you enjoy the views, fresh complimentary pool towels, a full-service bar, and poolside/beach service for all your drink and food needs. While not directly on the beach, our first floor condo has stunning views of the 18 th green and landscapes which features the largest water feature on the course. Relax on our oversized balcony, enjoy the view, and watch the golfers make their way to the 18 th green. Our property is the perfect place to experience a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation with your friends and family. With direct access from the parking lot and luggage carts available, our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is exactly what you are looking for. Bedroom 1- Directly inside the front door to the right, bedroom one is equipped with a king size bed, walk-in closet, and a private en suite bathroom with an oversized custom tiled shower and soaking tub. Bedroom 2- Across the hall, bedroom two has two queen size beds and an en suite bathroom with an oversized custom tiled shower and access to the hall for guest use. Living Room - The living room is open and spacious with a wall of windows overlooking the 18 th green. With ample seating for everyone in your group, take a seat and relax while watching a movie, playing games, or enjoying good conversation. The living room is also equipped with a sleeper sofa. Kitchen and Dining - Our fully stocked kitchen, detailed with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, full size refrigerator, and great pantry space, is ready for you to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
