Property Description
Hale Kona Kai will be undergoing spalling and pool repairs this summer. The pool will be closed from July 15 - July 31, 2024. We are offering unit 211 at a special summer rate with the understanding that guests will not have access to the pool/bbq during this time. There will be some level of noise during the hours of 10 am and 3 pm. It is unknown how disruptive that may be to unit 211, which is at the north end of the building with the lanai open to the north.
This opens up a perfect opportunity for guests wishing to stay right in the heart of Kona at a discounted rate.
Ocean over lagoon front views from the lanai (balcony), you are so close you will hear the ocean and watch the waves come sideways into the lagoon below. Enjoy watching the fish and turtles swim in the lagoon and the lighthouse off in the distance. The sounds of the sea will lull you to sleep after your day of sightseeing or relaxing.
The bedroom features a king-size bed. This condo has recently been updated to include new flooring throughout.

Located on a quiet side street (75-5870 Kahakai Road) and just a short block to . Hale Kona Kai is right next door to Honl's white sand beach and near the Kona Farmers Market.
