HALE KONA KAI UNIT 211 SPECIAL FEATURES: AIR CONDITIONING - The Central AC at Hale Kona Kai has been repaired and is fully functional as of 8/4/23. The unit is located on the north side of the building and therefore protected from the heat of the afternoon sun.
Ocean over lagoon front views from the lanai (balcony), you are so close you will hear the ocean and watch the waves come sideways into the lagoon below. Enjoy watching the fish and turtles swim in the lagoon and the lighthouse off in the distance. The sounds of the sea will lull you to sleep after your day of sightseeing or relaxing.
Central A/C is temporarily out of order. We have installed 2 portable ACs - one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The bedroom features a king-size bed.
Condo includes high speed wifi, perfect for working remotely or just video chatting
Amenities include beach hairs, beach towels, various snorkel gear and ice chest.
Small appliances include an iron and hair dryer.
Just a short distance to the Royal Kona Resort, Huggos, Hale Kona Kai has an oceanfront pool, elevator, and BBQ area. It is a small complex of oceanfront condos in town but just off the beaten path! Located on a quiet side street (75-5870 Kahakai Road) and just a short block to . Hale Kona Kai is right next door to Honl's white sand beach and near the Kona Farmers Market. All condos are non-smoking. Hale Kona Kai is a non-smoking facility.
