The downstairs floor is in a southern yellow pine. This home features a downstairs living room, fireplace and open beam ceilings. The fourth bedroom is a loft with 2 single beds. In 2020, the owners replaced the mattresses with all new temperpedic ones for the 2 queens and the king! Only ten minutes to the lake or nightlife, this is a good value year round! Check out the master suite addition with a gas fireplace and private jacuzzi tub. Please note: This home does require a 3 night minimum throughout the winter. One of the best cabins I have ever rented in South Lake Tahoe! It was only 8 mins away from the casinos and lake. The kitchen was fully stocked with every type of cookware you will ever need. Jacuzzi was hot and clean. The showers stayed warm after 7 consecutive showers in a row. Lastly Lake Tahoe Accommodations let us check in early and gave us a bottle of wine. Would book again with them any day of the week!

Our stay with Lake Tahoe Accommodations was incredible! The cabin had a great layout and was super cozy to stay in. We were central to Heavenly, the casinos and the beach. It was definitely in an ideal location. An added touch was the welcome gift that we received upon arrival. I would definitely recommend Lake Tahoe Accommodations and will be using them in the future!

This property was gorgeous! It is in a prime location and Lake Tahoe Accommodations treated us very well! The cabin was clean, well stocked, and they were super responsive to us. Luckily, we were able to check in almost an hour before regular check in time. The hot tub was super relaxing and the "backyard" was just amazing. It's central to downtown and the casinos. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Easy to check in and very close to the Heavenly resort - only one block away! You will still need to drive most likely though as it is hard to climb up the hill in ski boots.

Super cute cabin, however, beds could use some updating as they were lumpy. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans/dishes, coffee maker, waffle maker... You're able to park in the garage which is nice during snow season. The hot tub is very relaxing underneath the beautiful redwoods. The cabin is away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to drive into town.

We absolutely loved this cabin and is one of the nicest places we've stayed in South Lake. The master suite is so awesome with an open floor plan including a fireplace and huge bathtub. The garage is nice and big and the kitchen was equipped. Loved the living room and the loft and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Great location.

We had a great time at the Regina Holliday house. It was very clean and in a beautiful location. I was able to see a bear and two of her cubs looking from the deck into the "back yard", which is essentially the forest. The house is very comfortable and you are definitely in a "Tahoe style cabin". The property is a short drive to downtown So. Lake Tahoe and the beach. My family and I will stay there again soon!!

We stayed for a week to attend our daughters wedding nearby. We loved the house. Plenty of room for 8 people with a great master suite. Stairs were tight and steep but manageable. Great location only 3 minutes to Stateline and 5 minutes to the beach. The staff at Lake Tahoe Accommodations were excellent leading up to and during the stay. They even went through the garbage at the end of my stay and found my lost wallet. My family will definitely stay here again!

The cabin was great. Second time we rented it in only 8 weeks! They really think of everything - even have shampoo ready for you. Beautiful cabin and large enough for 6 people (you could squeeze in a a couple of more kids, but it would be tight). Clean and well organized. Nicely appointed and great proximity to the town and everything. We even got some snowfall on the November trip which really thrilled our guest from the south. Highly recommend this cabin.
