Welcome to Sunset Beach House on Anna Maria Island. This brand new duplex is comprised of two stunning new beach homes that are close to the beach in a quiet residential neighborhood and provide views of the Gulf of Mexico from the Master Suite. Sunset Beach House is the west side of the duplex and is the closest house to the beach on this side of the road. It includes a private heated pool and patio that is not shared with the attached home, hot/cold outdoor shower, grill, and lush landscaping throughout. In the garage, you will find a wagon and beach chairs for trips to the sugary white sand beach only steps away where you can enjoy stunning sunsets every evening. Inside the home you enter the foyer to ten-foot ceilings and move through the living area directly into your dream kitchen, entirely customized to the home to ensure the highest quality and appeal to each Lizzie Lu guest. It is equip with tools to make most standard meals and includes indoor seating for 4 at the counter and 6 at the table. Heading out to the garage you pass the washer and dryer, which can be used to wash beach towels or your own clothes throughout your stay - what is better then arriving home with clean clothes?? The downstairs includes two bedrooms, one with twin bunks and an attached bathroom with tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed with attached bathroom and plenty of light from the 3 windows. All our bedrooms include TVs along with the living room area. Both Master Suites are located on the second floor. Between the suites in the hallway, is a small coffee bar giving guests access to an early morning coffee without needing to head downstairs. Both Master Suites include king beds, and access to the second floor patio. Watch the sunset from inside your room or out on the patio. During certain times of the year, guests can even keep the windows or sliders open to enjoy fresh air and the sound of the Gulf throughout the night. We believe you will find every detail was considered to ensure this is the ultimate beach house for your trip to Anna Maria Island. Located in a quite neighborhood in North Holmes Beach you will find peace and serenity at the beach with limited public parking keeping the crowds to the north and south. Trolley stops are a short block away providing easy access to downtown Anna Maria and Holmes Beach.
