Well-equipped and cheerfully decorated. Amazing to have a first floor half bath and two full baths upstairs. A distance away from pool but also quieter than those closer to it. Complex is well-located for access to major thoroughfare and grocery shopping--a longish but not impossible walk to center of town. Great for a family of adults with or without children.
