At Wailea Ekahi, it’s all about location - some of the units at the property are up the hill, and a real hassle to get to the beach. The doorstep of Wailea 20J is a leisurely 5-minute stroll to one of the best beaches in the Hawaiian islands - Keawakapu Beach (Google it) - with its warm, protected swimming cove, spectacular snorkeling, and more than a mile of beautiful Hawaiian beach to explore. The property fronts the Wailea Beach Path, one of the locals’ favorite spots to start or end their day, with coffee kiosk nearby  and a long, tropically manicured meandering walking path along the beach. Your ultra-private lanai is shaded by a wonderful, fragrant Plumeria tree and a lush, tropical garden setting (there’s a second patio/lanai off the bedroom). The ocean-view pool pavilion is close and convenient - there you’ll find a large, sparkling pool, shaded relaxation area with lounge chairs, and a barbeque, as well as immediate, gated access to the beach. This spacious 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo features air conditioning, an in-unit washer-dryer, a fully equipped kitchen equipped to prepare and serve your private patio feasts, and granite counters. The owners have even provided a cooler, four Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. Our family guests love that one of the bathrooms has a tub, for the little ones. Located right in Wailea, close to the Four Seasons and Grand Wailea. Thirteen out of 15 current reviews are 5-star, and this unit is extremely well-priced.
